Eshai Ruun
Eshai Ruun was leader of the Osharré on Irrakai. Ruun occupies an unstable position between scientific curiosity, political authority, and responsibility for a population already living under existential pressure. His willingness to permit human medical experiments reflects desperation rather than trust. He needs the visitors’ knowledge while recognizing that their fear of infection may turn them from guests into executioners.
