Concordia

Concordia is an advanced Intercorporate Oversight Council battleship associated with Admiral Peyton Floyd and the Ministry’s covert enforcement network. It operates without the public identification, transponder behavior, or legal transparency expected of ordinary military vessels. Its existence confirms rumors that the IOC maintains a hidden fleet far beyond the needs of a standards and regulatory body. The battleship is heavily armed, fast, and capable of pursuing commercial vessels across systems while running dark. It is designed not merely to defeat opposition but to control information: jam communications, prevent packet transmissions, capture sensitive assets, and leave no public record that an interception occurred. Concordia enters the Koschei operation to seize the Celestial Aura and suppress knowledge of Lucia.
