Navarre
Navarre is a dry, moderately developed frontier world that serves as the main stopover between the Core Worlds and the Ulthene Reach. Its cities cluster around enormous spaceports, freight depots, repair yards, hotels, casinos, and corporate compounds, and nearly everything in its economy depends on ships passing through. Core-bound vessels arrive with minerals, biological products, and other frontier goods; outbound ships take on fuel, supplies, replacement parts, financing, and updated navigation data before heading deeper into the Reach. Navarre is safe, efficient, expensive, and faintly predatory—a place where almost anything can be arranged, provided someone can produce the right contract and afford the fees.
