Continuance Group lawyer and architect of Arenal

Daval’s public career joins law, technology, and futurism, allowing him to present Arenal as both a luxury service and a civilizational bridge. Behind that public case is a longer-term plan whose full purpose is not apparent to the people recruited to build it. Rafi Daval is a lawyer for the Continuance Group and the architect of Arenal, the VR holding world for minds waiting on a post-Accord future.

Rafi Daval dies by suicide, but a fabricant based on him survives as the Red Minister.
